         <description><![CDATA[<div>Points for consideration.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Students want all topics from the beginning.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Want report inputs straight away.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>NBS Discover considered important.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Formative Report? Maybe</div><div><br></div><div>Course engagement lectures/inputs. Much confusion reported among students on difference between PAD and Course Engagement.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Content – a lot to cover. What’s priority? CPD/Sustainability/Harvard/Writing/Transition?&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;Length of module – should be Year long (make sense of RAD Week). Can we make the school see the logic of it. Preference to move to long and thin.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Could log a number of hours for RAD week – to top up. Would encourage them to look at the programme. May not be able to police but can at least get them to look at RAD.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Could stuff after end of PAD count towards to E&amp;E.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Staff not wanting to teach PAD and being resistant to topics and being part of a team.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>One learning room? Potentially could lead to students being more confused. Advantage of Learning Room that is course relevant. Getting used to NOW is an issue.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Economics – nothing is brand new. PP submission. Students trying to figure out the purpose from the module. Course engagement lectures&nbsp; - don’t get it. Confusion around the content and overlap.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Tutors don’t always understand the content and purpose. Shang has to approach people in person as to whether they like the content or not.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Carried on doing online engagement – helped maintain standard across the module. Students coming across to ask questions across the modules.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Preparation time is much greater on PAD modules due to large tutor teams. Needs workloading.<br><br></div><div>Extra preparation reduces the number of questions that tutors come back with due to high confidence levels.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>For further discussion:</div><div>What is attendance like for PAD?</div><div>MySay intellectually stimulating question scores.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Victtor here<br><br>Students did not know when the NBSDiscover ended. It's like it faded away for them before they realised it.<br><br>One last thing that popped up. To integrate the NBSDiscover into the module, we may want to consider asking students to complete the Report just after the NBSDiscover and to write about they companies the looked at during their NBSDiscover, instead of us suggesting to them what company to write about. It would help to align the experience with the module.</div>]]></description>
