I however, suggest you should have shown more tabular pictures or graphs or charts that explain the growth of Netflix during a particular period of time or since when they moved away from dvd company to streaming company and how they have been able to harness the power of AI. 

Moreoso, you could have given more statistics to back up your points on how Netflix uses big data and AI like for instance, how much audience were they able to retain through the use of big data and AI for market segmentation or personalisation, how well do the audience react to these services and what were the audience response. Overall, it is a very well-articulated piece with full details on business background, you also delve well into the market use of big data and AI and how well it has pushed Netflix to the top of the streaming world making them beating their nearest competition by miles.
