Ugh, where to begin. Truly you have been there since day 1. During my first train wreck of an onboarding where literally everything went wrong, you were there to support me and encourage me through every step. While I am so so happy and excited for you and this next adventure, I'm so sad to see you leave us.
You have been such a rock on this team from day 1. Especially when you sat in my first few onboardings while I was sweating bullets. You've always been that calm voice of encouragement. People like you are very hard to come by!

No note on a padlette will ever begin to describe our bond. From training you as an AEC in Burlingame (Heather Hansens one true love) to promotions on the OBS team, and everything in between, we really have been through it all. Your incredible work ethic combined with your innate humor and ability to make the work FUN and enjoyable is unlike anyone I have ever worked with. The nicknames, the Enboarder logic, coding and much more, the memz man.

You are the best. Wishing you all the luck :) I know we will be in touch.

Wow, what an incredible last year+. Thank you so much for everything you have taught me at Compass... especially the incredibly tough pre-ob calls.
