The main culprits of this problem are people, who produce waste everyday. There are several causes of this situation, but we should take certain steps to solve this problem. 

There are number of causes of this issue. Firstly, people do not recycle, because they don't want to put in the extra effort as it is easier to throw everything into the same bin. Secondly, people consume lots of material, such as plastic, glass, papers, which take ages to decompose. Most of the times they throw the litter away, because they don't have enough knowledge about the effects on the environment.
