         <title>Land taxation is a strong incentive or disincentive. Current use law: 25 ac or more; requires a forest management plan. If you provide forest products you can get this tax incentive. There is a proposal to expand the law to include wild forest (not timber forest products?); public benefits also derive from clean water, carbon sequestration, wildlife habitat. I&#39;m struggling with the tax break for wealthy landowners who get to have a private forest park and receive a tax break. </title>
