As many of my peers have mentioned in tghe different posts here, I strongly believe that the portfolio should be seen as a collection of work that students get together that is meaningful for them, so the students are the ones who develop them based on what they like the most doing in their evidences to show in them and why these evidences are a representation of their own learning process. Sometimes I feel we, the teachers, influence way too much on the development of the students' portfolios when in fact that should be a project they do on their own with our guide only.
