Our business name is ‘Food Paradise’. Our business is a drop shipping business. We carried out our business in University of Malaysia Sarawak campus. However, the platform we used to initiate our business was through social media which is, Instagram and WhatsApp. Our operating hours are flexible because we took in orders and give them to vendors and waited for them to send it to us on a specified day told by the vendor. We take in our customer’s orders and pre-order as long as we are online. We took pre-orders because our vendors are not from University of Malaysia Sarawak. The type of business we had was selling food products. The menu that we sell, cheezy fries original, cheezy wedges, cheezy fries chicken floss and burn beef fries (loaded and overloaded). We provide five types of foods with loads of cheese in it. Each food had different products in it as well. Our business is owned by all six members of us. We have an equal partnership in this business. To kick start our business all six of us shared the money to buy our modal. The modal is used to buy the food from the supplier before we could sell it to our customers. The Instagram link for the official account in Instagram is www.instagram.com/food.paradiseff/.

These crucial tasks should centre on delivering on the value offer, reaching target consumer groups, preserving client connections, and creating income. We are finding the best supplier for our food parade it is to maintain an adequate food supply and meet customers' tastes. We sell to students as well as lecturers. In addition, we promote this product online and physically.

The outside businesses or providers who assist in carrying out important operations are key partners. These alliances are formed to obtain resources and lower risks. So, our key partners are Supplier and Supermarket

Here, should state the essential materials or major inputs needed to complete important tasks in order to develop a value proposition. We find the best suppliers by offering low prices and keeping the supplier close to us so as not to incur high costs for delivery. We also get an investment for starting a business.

Additionally, it reflects a special product or service that solves an issue for a certain consumer segment or adds value to that segment's life. A value offer ought to be original or distinct from those of rivals. If reintroducing a new product, it must be ground-breaking and original. Additionally, if are selling a product that is currently on the market, it should stand out by having unique qualities and characteristics. Value claims might be quantifiable (such as price and turnaround time) or qualitative (customer experience or design). We provide affordable value to students and lecturers. The problem we help solve is to provide a food product at an affordable price according to their ability. The customer's requirement that we meet is the provision of a food place design that is easy to carry to reduce the risk to food.

The sort of interaction will have with each of the client segments—or how will interact with them during their association with business—must be established in this section. A customer journey map can help comprehend the type of relationship customers have with the business. It will assist in recognizing the many phases that clients go through while dealing with business. Additionally, it will assist in understanding how to attract, keep, and expand the consumer base. The type of relationship we provide is to provide food according to demand and affordable prices. we have set up fast food.

Which is an attempt to market and sell goods or services to the companies or groups of individuals listed above. Grouping consumers into comparable groups according to factors like location, gender, age, preferences, and other characteristics, may more effectively meet their requirements and cater to the solution are offering them. May choose whom to service and ignore after carefully examining client categories. We create value based on the ability of students to UNIMAS by selling affordable products. The most important customers for the sale of our products are UNIMAS students, lecturers, and staff.

Sell a product which is burn beef fries, cheezy, wedges and cheezy fries and have feedback from customers 

          Opening a business is very important in registering an e-commerce platform. Our group has launched a food-based product that is French fries which has many variations and flavours eaten with French fries. The products we sell are aimed and focus on students Unimas. Management is very important to start a business so that the methods used are accurate and run well. Furthermore, in order to achieve the goals and objectives in our group project, tasks and responsibilities will be divided so that everyone can carry out their respective responsibilities. therefore, everyone can work with discipline. My task as online marketer where my task is to spread and market our products by inciting students to buy online such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to get profit and achieve the sales. All in all, the role of each member is very important in running a business in order to reduce costs and do work efficiently. 

         Other than that, I also learned that business planning has been a very challenging, but it was fun, and I got so many new businesses planning knowledge. I have understood the way of marketing our group product and how to deal with the supplier. I learned about the important process of understand the target market. My groupmate and I have learned the important of setting the pricing strategy right to achieve the maximize profit. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my teammates although we didn’t talk to each other before. My groupmate and I enjoyed working on this business planning assignment, I felt more time I invested in it, the more things I found out about business, and it’s all been a learning process for me.

         Besides that, my reflection on this project is also include the power of teamwork. My group as entrepreneurs decided to open a business which is fast food. We decide to sell prank fries to students Unimas. To make it easy, we distributed in several positions which are marketer, financial, media social and others. So, each of us has a different respective task. In order, to make our business successful, we put our responsibilities and more efforts to make sure our business going smoothly. My position is financial, where my task is to record of sales and profit on financial record. Moreover, on this project we learn five key element which is together with act, interact challenge and embrace. Besides, it can be seen as the bridge back and forth between theory and practice from prior experience to future challenge. Last but not least, entrepreneurship it is use of experience-based learning to our experiences and internalize learning.

         The reflection that I have successfully achieved this business goal, I was able to learn various things in business and began to understand that every business should have an early planner and a business strategy to do business. Furthermore, when the business is a partnership, it must have an understanding and opinions that must be shared so that the activities of each business run smoothly. It is to avoid any disagreements because the ideas of one of the parties are not listened to. Discussion is the main key for our business to be successful. For example, we discuss first choosing the type of business we want to launch. We focus this business only on Unimas students. Therefore, we decided to sell fast food which is French fries as our product. We chose this alternative because students are more interested in snacks during their free time, especially our fries with a lot of cheese, and the price are reasonable. The result of this business was well received by Unimas students, and we managed to attract their attention to buy our product and test the product to see if it could meet their needs.

            Finally, after successfully finishing this business project, I realized how crucial it is to start your business in a very organized manner. It initially began as a discussion. Discussion calls for a lot of focused attention on subjects. For instance, the first step is deciding what kind of business we want to start. In this project, we chose to operate our company among Unimas students. This means that we must conduct a business that the Unimas students will approve of, and we decide to sell fast food, specifically French fries, as our product. We sell these foods to provide students at Unimas more options overall and to increase the variety of refreshments available to them. The same food that this college sells won't become old for them. At the conclusion of our business, we garner more attention in this business and provide many advantages for Unimas students to enjoy their fantastic snacks.

The table above shows a transaction record in two weeks. On 30 December 2022, we get RM148.00 on sales. Plus, we got RM 23.50 profit in week one. And then for the second batch we got RM176.00 which is more than first batch and we got RM 13.40 in profit. The reason is because the customers have repeated their orders. So, we include charge of cash on delivery together with the product price itself. On 13 January 2023, we got RM42.00 on sales and we got RM5 expand profit from the cash on delivery (COD).
