I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Community Development from Future Generations University. At the moment I am taking a course in Bottom-up Economics. For my community lab assignment, I decided that I would take a look at what I could do to help with the impact of our small businesses, particularly our farmer type businesses, craft businesses, etc, in the Town of Herndon and in Fairfax County. I gathered inspiration from a friend of mine who lives in Hawai'i where I used to live.
