         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nutrient: Carbohydrates on starch [dry heat]</p><p><b><i>Instruction to student</i></b>: Each group will be required to toast 1 bread for 2 minutes.  <span style="font-size: 13px;">Students are to take a photo of the toasted bread and upload together with their responses. </span></p><p>Steps to upload photo: </p><p>1.  Double click on any space</p><p>2.  Click on 'upload a file'.</p><p>3.  Click on 'Click to browse' and choose the photo that has taken. </p><p><b><i>‘ I SEE’: </i></b>Describe the changes that take place when bread is toasted after 2 minutes in terms of its colour and texture. (You could also mention on its aroma and taste). </p><p><b><i>‘I THINK’: </i></b>What are the physical changes that take place when bread is toasted. </p><p><b><i>‘ I WONDER’: </i></b>What are the other factors that cause the bread to burnt?</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"></span></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Student are NOT ALLOWED to do any editing to the questions or photos posted on the board.</p><p>2. Students are to answer to the following questions based on what is being observed.</p><p>3. There are <b>five</b> stations altogether. Students will work in group of <b>four</b> and would rotate each station as instructed by the teacher. </p><p>3. Only at<b> station 2 (Dextrinisation)</b>, students are required take photo of <b><i>before</i></b> and <b><i>after food is cooked</i></b> using  iPad that is given and upload them onto this platform.</p><p>2. Students to pin down your discussed answers by creating a box (by double click on the board) below the question box. &nbsp;</p>]]></description>
