#3 Data can be very useful if you understand what you are looking at, what you are looking for, and how to interpret and use that data to drive change in order to produce better/positive outcomes.

Incorporating data literacy will be a challenge as we have poor formative and summative assessments. Once curriculum is updated it will help us collect more meaningful data

2 - I integrate data literacy into my program by applying common sense into our systems. Not everything needs a point system assigned to it. That leads to analysis paralysis. Most data driven priorities are driven by our BDE/USACC.

3 - Knowing when and what needs to have data driven stats it half the battle. The most important is the why.

#2. At the end of an assessment, I'll see what questions are missed the most and I will reference back to the subject to reengage the students so they have a better understanding of the material.
