Pretend you have a bestie (friend) who really does not want to turn on her camera during Google MEET class. You have empathy (understanding about how she feels), because you also really do not want to do it. You feel a little better about it though, because you got used to it in your virtual summer camp. You made many more friends, laughed a lot, and found you had more to talk about, because you could make connections to your room, your siblings, and many other jokes. What could you say to make her feel better about it?
