There is various ways you could use QR codes to account for students attendance. You could simply have a code when students enter the classroom in which they would scan and be taken to a daily check in or something similar. You could also incorporate a Google form in which students could select their lunch choice of the day.

Instead of making more printouts than everyone needs, and lets me honest most of the time ends up on the floor or in the trash give your students a QR that takes them to the instructions, announcement or assignment.

Progress reports should be confidential. With QR Codes, teachers can easily create confidential QR Codes that only students and their parents can access. Teachers can dedicate a spreadsheet for each student to track their progress reports. Each student would have their own code. No two codes would be the same to ensure confidentiality.

These assessments help students evaluate where they are standing and figure out how they can seek help from the school. With a QR code, performing self-evaluation is simple could be a breeze. For example in science codes attached to a skeleton model or dissected pig can take students to important directions or content. Or vice versa. Maybe this will help them to create the lab themselves or make a model for the class lab.
