         <description><![CDATA[<div>The factors that affect Eurasia's climate are elevation, latitude, wind, water and the proximity to the ocean.The elevation is the distance above and below sea level. Latitude is the distance from the equator. Wind causes it because the warm air rising causes cool air to be drawn form the surrounding areas. Water causes the climate because the warm water near the equator moves from east to west. Proximity causes the climate because of the ocean currents and the ocean stores the warm water.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Russian policies impacted the environment because they weren't taking more care of the environment but instead they were more involved in the economy. They also didn't think that they could make money buy selling fishes that you can get from the sea. They threw all of the waste in the bodies of water which caused the sea to be polluted.</div>]]></description>
