I will talk over this in the article, I try to be brief.
During the pandemic, many employees started to work from home. In the beginning, it was weird the people strat changing their homes to offices.
If we try to resume the benefits, working from home can be more flexible, you don't need a manager or supervisor to be with you furthermore no transportation and traffics.
Here are some of the advantages:
1. More independence.
2. Fewer expenses.
3. Increased productivity.
4. Improve technical and communication skills.
5. More flexibility.
6. No offices no transportation required.
Disadvantages:

1. More isolation.
2. Home becomes an office.
3. Fewer face times.
4. Distraction at home.
