         <description><![CDATA[<p>Who- victims of bullying and/or bullies</p><p>Where- all over the world </p><p>When- in 2010 there were at least 34 suicides reported that have been attributed to bullying.</p><p>What- research shows those who are bullied have a higher probability of considering or performing suicide than those whoare not.</p><p>Why- this is important because the world doesnt see this as a serious problem. Only a few celebrities have stood up against it; Lady Gaga and Kim Kardashian </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Who- Author Rosalind Wiseman and educators </p><p>What- believes every conflict isn't bullying there fore it shouldn't be an issue</p><p>When- Article was last updated on May 2014</p><p>Where- the issue is all around the world but is discussed about mainly in the United States and schools</p><p>Why- this is important because she believes that bullying is just a part of childhood. That's it's normal. </p><p>She believes bullies are just defending themselves. That the victim or target is usually portrayed as the innocent. When the victim could have provoked the bully to defend him or herself. She believes it's just another conflict or drama. </p>]]></description>
