Currently we have a stronger focus is on Cultural Awareness / Cultural Competency and LGBTQi - Rainbow Tick etc...

Also, need for minimum mandatory qualifications to enter the workforce - this can be a potential barrier to entry for some people into our own organisations and the work we do. For example Social Work and minimum mandatory quals - we all agree we need structure and processes - but we need to support minority groups be able to access this learning and support their learning so that they too can do this work.
