Principle Connected to Our Case

Their was not many principles that connected our topic to the case we got but a principle connected to our case is federalism, because federalism is between the state and the federal government. And Texas is suing the Obama Administration witch is part of the Executive Branch, so now that we know that it is between the federal and state governments it has to be connected to federalism. This helps prevent abuse of power because the state government is allowed to sue the federal government so the federal government cannot get unlimited power.
