I think students most often violate the tenth guideline/commandment. Cyberbullying is a major issue and students are harmed every single day online. There is an immeasurable number of disrespect people not being considerate online. Whether its on social media sites or any front page of the internet, the tenth commandment of computer ethics is violated most often by students.

I think these violations occur because of the anonymity/protection that can come with being online. Also because of the freedom to do or say whatever you want on the internet. These students literally hide behind a screen making others miserable. It's very wrong and a serious violation.

To reduce or eliminate this behavior, I would suggest that admins begin code targeting for hate speech and block it. This wouldn't allow anything disrespectful to ever be posted. If someone were to type in something inconsiderate of others, it simply would not post and the student would have to retype.
