This eliminates tax polls and test to require other people to vote. People get to speak out without having to pay a fee. People should have the right to be able to be heard.

This amendment shows that people wanted the age to be able to vote was at at the age go 18. Instead of having it at 21 the government changed it so that we are able to vote at 18.
