So What? I was able to create a new Workshop Management plan by using my BMC. I closely considered how it would benefit both us within the business and the customers. Taking all costs and resources into account.

Now What? I will bring this idea forward to my manager to see what he thinks. I would like to be able to put the new workshop management plan into action. I am aware of the risks involved but I feel that it will be worth it, if it is a success.
