In Prague, we had a little time for refreshment. We arrived in Bari late in the evening and went straight to the hotel. Early morning, after Italian breakfast, we went by train to Lecce where we checked in the hotel.

Activitites: we were informed about IRIS ACTIVITIES and visited a small factory WHICH MAKES towels from paper - machinery and mechatronics.
Useful: In south Italy, THERE is a big unemployment (more THAN 30%) and all particapants of IRIS programme find a job.
We started to organise TRAINEESHIP for our students with Erasmus+ program.

Activitites: visiting the solar instalation in home, state policy and grants for solar energy.
In the afternoon, a visit to the "solar" beach in Porto Cesareo, measurement of the positive influence of the solar energy on the human body. :-)
Useful: the price of  the instalation of the solar system is now 3 times smaller thAn 10 years ago.

Activitites: A visit to the town hall in Novoli (EU project of the solar system instalation in public buildings)
Visit to the factory Rinnova - which focuses on the usage of renewable energy and instalation of solar and wind systems.
Useful: the efficiency of the solar panel increased from about 100 W to 300 W.
The solar system on the roof of the town hall produced about 60 000 kWh during one year
