<title>2. &amp;nbsp; The production process for making doughnuts is somewhat a simple process. the doughnuts are cut out of the dough and then set aside for 50 minutes so the yeast will rise. They are then cooked in hot oil to a delicious golden brown. Various topping can be added to the doughnuts to make them just a little bit more delicious. Strawberry is one of the favorites.</title>

<title>3. &amp;nbsp; The raw materials need to make doughnuts are yeast, water and a lot of flower. &amp;nbsp;Oil would also have to be a raw material because this is what is used to cook the doughnuts.</title>

<title>4. &amp;nbsp; The indirect materials need to make doughnuts are the gloves and hairnets the employees have to wear. The makers of the doughnuts try to use every part of the dough to eliminate waste.</title>

<title>5. &amp;nbsp; The direct labor would be the people involved with the production process. they would be the ones that mix the dough, pick out the holes and puts the icing and sprinkles on the doughnuts.</title>

<title>6. &amp;nbsp; The indirect labor would involve the people who transport the racks to different areas, watch the weather to determine if its too humid and watch the doughnuts as they sit in the cooler while they rise.</title>
