It would be nice in the evidence to have quotes from people opinions on the traffic jam and what they would want to happen. Do you think that having this congregation space may affect if kids get to class on time?

Could those flashing lights be a hazard towards drivers? Specifically those who suffer from epilepsy? I think that they are helpful, especially the one near the school because some drivers actually listen to them. I know sometimes we don't see pedestrians waiting so it would help us to know and look out. I don't think polar bears have anything to do with lights. Solar panels cost a lot of money. Where would that money come from? Would these only be on busy sidewalks that don't have street lights or all streets?

I like that you included the feedback and took it into deep consideration to improve your design based on it. I like that its printed on the ID so no changing. I like the alternating so that everyone gets an even and fair chance. I think the only flaw would be people may abuse being able to eat first to take a test when they don't have to.

Though I wonder... who is Lisa Bob, and what happened to her face? This seemed to be very thoughtful, and would likely be more beneficial than not.

The shape is a better idea for sure less likely for students to draw something on ID. You should make the colors unique and not listed as a marker color. For example the less color marker is an uncommon blue or hot pink. This would be good because it will be hard for students to replicate and change groups

I think the shapes are a good idea; them being there permanently is good considering the concerns of students getting around the rules and students losing the stickers. I also like that you added possible outcomes, good and bad, because it shows you've put deep thought into your design.

That's nice because we've seen your solution earlier but now we can see how you've grown and I like what you came up with. Only concern is about the transition between each group like if the first one takes longer than expected. You can also change how much time you give and I like that you switch who goes first so it's more fair.
