Development of this sector is crucial for their development.
The Rural Development and Cooperatives Division of the Government will be responsible for planning implementation such as monitoring and evaluation of rural development programs. Major rural development agencies include employment and income generation, better credit and institutional support to rural target groups, vulnerable group development, the formation of rural farms, sanitation, safe drinking water, and education etc. In addition to the public sector, the NGOs also play a key role in rural development efforts. Like the Grameen Bank and BRAC.

Youth Development- The main goal of the youth development program is to organize and mobilize the youth community to help them to participate effectively in national development and community development. This will increase the participation of females in youth development because women will have a say in what happens in the program, almost eliminate poverty through increased self-employment opportunities among the youth community. Preparing the youths with working skill and suitable training in technical, and professional fields and organize youth groups and motivate them to help in community development through voluntary youth organizations 

Social Policy- starting at the age of 5 and up to the age of 19 every child has to attend my program in order to grow so when they get older they will be equipt with the skills to start working a respectful job.

As of now, agricultural employs 47% of the total labor force and consist of  16% of the country's GDP.
Although rice and jute are the primary crops, wheat is  becoming more popular.Tea is grown in the northeast. Because of Bangladesh's fertile soil and normally large supply of rice can be grown and harvested three times a year in many areas. As the agriculture industry becomes more popular it's allows people to create there own agricultural practices. Therefore more jobs will be created which will decreases poverty and child labor.

Globalization gives influences on our concepts of family. In Bangladesh the birth and death rates are both high also, most of Bangladesh is rural so it's a stage one country.High birth rates would apply to a lack of knowledge of family planning, the need to have large families to help with work. High death rates would be attributed to poor water supply, poor health care, subsistence farming is very unpredictable, disease and pests and an unreliable economy also contribute to Bangladesh being a Stage 1 country.So as people move out of agriculture into industry, GDP increases. Bangladesh as a country with a their population mostly poor its very  unlikely to prosper.
Agriculture is unlikely to deliver rapid growth in Bangladesh because of the difficulty of setting up large-scale farms.

Situation factors-30.06 percent is exported to USA, 48.51 percent to European countries, 9.32 percent to Japan and the remainder to Thailand and Middle Eastern countries

Situation factors-The country's main product that is exported is frozen shrimp, other exported products include frozen fish, frozen frog, dry fish, salted fish, turtles, crabs, shark fins and fish maws

Site factor-Fisheries in Bangladesh are diverse, because about 795 native species of fish and shrimp in the fresh and marine waters of Bangladesh and 12 new exotic species have been introduced. In addition, there are 10 species of pearl bearing bivalves, 12 species of edible tortoise and turtle, 15 species of crab and 3 species of lobster. 

Site factor- bangladesh is populated with 130 million people. It is fortunate in having an extensive water resource in the form of ponds, lakes, canals, rivers and estuaries covering an area of 4.56 million.
