         <description><![CDATA[<div>- The skin scraped against a rough surface; top layer of skin wear away, exposing numerous blood capillaries that increases the probability for infection&nbsp;<br>- Initial Care: Clean the wound with a gauze, don't scrub at embedded dirt, and cover the cleaned wound with an appropriate non-stick sterile dressing&nbsp;<br>- Post Care: Wash the scrape with clean water 2 times a day; don't use alcohol!!</div>]]></description>
