The Classrooms - furniture appropriate for the room (especially for smaller classrooms). Autonomy over classrooms. Open, bright, clear. More personal displays for the children to show case their work. Smaller class numbers.

The Curriculum - more time for bonding between teacher and students. More room for creativity through out the curriculum and room for children to be autonomous. Freedom to create. Less observations and discovery days, more time teach. Being more flexible over time table, taking some activities out so there is wiggle room to enjoy the curriculum. Do less and attract more!

The Staff - 4 day working week. PPA from home and more trust and freedom to chose e use our planning time. Well being days. More celebration and time to appreciate success to motivate staff to want to put more into the job. Appreciation of talent and success rather than moving onto the 'next thing'. Tackling 'fast paced' 'competative' environment. Taking time and effort to develop higher number staff rather than picking same experienced staff for same opportunities.

Classrooms: Bigger classrooms, more natural lighting, free space, topic/subject rooms, larger reading/calm areas

Curriculum: Flexible, less focus on assesment/results, focused on interests and more trops/real life experiences

Staff: more staff, open door policy, hiring people who are passionate and able

Entrance at the ‘back’ of the classroom and whiteboard (where children will focus) at the front.

Circular tables that allow for good discussion and not just with learning partner. Tables must be able to be taken apart to allow movement.

Natural lighting within the classroom. Dimmers so not so bright. Get rid of strip lighting and over-lighting.

2. Exterior - Open space, grass. Inviting, welcoming, no clutter.

3. Class room - lots of room, natural light, natural materials, fresh air. Flexible spaces. Requirrd equipment.

4. Curriculum - adjustable, less pressure. More focus on PHSE, self regulation, focused on and explored all year. More student input how they feel. Team building with students, building trust and relationships. Staff team building. Flexibility for staff to attend their own family commitments.

5. Space, resources, people, staff supervision, nice staff rooms, school looks inviting. If we respect school, pupils will.
