Harry decides to go back home and they verbally fight. They end up in a ally and dementors come. Dementors! In Privet Drive? Away from Azcaban? They attack Harry and Dudley, and Harry uses his Patronus charm. Later he gets a letter from the Minustry of Magic because he used a charm in a muggle inhabited place in front of a muggle. Stuff goes down.
