I know it can be scary trying something different from your norm, but I promise it's worth it. The best way to starting something scary (for me) was, jumping in with both feet. It may be difficult, you may want to give up, but I promise, if you keep going even when it's tough, you will see the benefits. Personally, starting this program is the HARDEST thing to do. "What if I fail?" "What if it's too hard?" These are questions that were racing through my head as I sat on the sign up screen.
