4. Sustainable consumption
5. Gluten-free and lactose-free: allergy or lifestyle?

The structure will be thematically determined and in association with the context and goal. Furthermore, the business plan will be organized around and related to the research questions. By describing and explaining the process developing a new concept in a specific market by analyzing certain paragraphs as described below. 1. An executive summary will be conducted to describe the owners need of intervention of a new idea for an African-European restaurant. The concept overview and the food that will be served will be explained by presenting the inspiration behind concept overview and service style that will be used.An important touchpoint will be the variety of the menu design, a sample menu should include prices based on detailed cost analysis. For a clear understanding for investors while creating a financial plan. 2.Service This section needs to illustrate the overview of service style that will be used. Explaining guest service experience to investors. 3.The operationThe overview of the management team that will be established, in order to demonstrate the work experience. The necessary skills to run a successful restaurant by presenting the tasks and responsibility of the entire team. 4.DesignCreating incorporate some visuals and mood board that shows images related to design and feel of the restaurant. 5.Target market Who is going to eat at the restaurant? What do they do for the living? How old are they, and what is their average income? A description and research method in more detail and why the concept will appeal to them. 6.Location The link between the target market and the location should be described clearly, meaning the areas has to be defined. The restaurant place is to discuss the square footage, foot traffic, parking, freeways, accessibility and all the important details. 7.Market overview The micro and macro market condition of that specific area needs be identified. At the macro level, what are the local and regional economic condition? if the restaurant will do poorly, explaining why the African -European restaurant won't if it will do well, explaining why the restaurant will be able to compete in booming restaurant climate?Considering at a micro level to discuss the direct competitors. Which restaurant is sharing the target market and how will I differentiate myself. 8.Marketing plan By describing a marketing plan that will show the investors how the plan will gain traction leading up to opening day. Convey that a solid plan is in place to generate attention through social media and websites. 9.Business structure What kind of business structure have I will set up, and why did I make that specific decision. Will I need the intervention of an attorney to help determine what business structure is the best? 10.Finance How many seats am I planning on having? What will be the average check be?How many covers per day do I plan to do? Are data available to these estimations? The data will be used as the basis for figuring out whether the concept is financially feasible. Google scholar and Nhtv database will be used for the literature search. Further, I am attending to use academic journal articles, books on current topics related. All information collected online is going to be saved with the author's references and access date.
