  1. They ["data" is a plural noun!] must be compiled into a usable format.
  2. The data need to be cleaned up.
  3. Then you can start to tabulate and work with the data.
  4. Once you have worked over the data then you can put together your presentation - which should also be in a format that will be well received by your key stakeholders.
