         <description><![CDATA[<div>We define <strong>confidence</strong> and <strong>competence</strong> with the use of similar words or synonyms. For example, self-assured and positive-thinker can be seen in a confident person, representing his or her boldness, defining the willingness to take risks and execute innovation. A confident person, to us, also has a lot of courage and has trust in themselves. As for competent, our group defines a person who is competent if he or she is skillful, emphasizing talents and adaptions in any situation. And for a person to be competent, being suitable and capable are necessary to perform a certain task successfully.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>answer:<br>Our group believes that Confident is someone who shows that they are not afraid to try on new things and that they can be able to conquer their weaknesses and a Confident person is someone who has a strong belief in his or her abilities and strengths. Having confidence in what we do makes us more productive as an individual, the more we believe in our self, skills, and knowledge the more we can progress in doing things.&nbsp; Competent is someone who can be able to do a lot of things with experience, or in other words, they are capable with it. A competent person means having the necessary abilities or qualities to complete a task satisfactorily.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Our group define the word 'confident' as someone that express or present his/her self with conviction and certainty of their capabilities. It also defines the amount of self-esteem a person have as well as how one carries him/herself. Being confident shows that the person is capable of leading and enhancing his/her skills. Lastly, we define confident as an individual's belief that they are capable of doing a job competently. Moving on, we define the word 'competent' as someone having the ability to accomplish something skillfully, effectively and succesfully.          <description><![CDATA[<div>We define ‘Confident’ as feeling sure of yourself and your abilities which means that you believe that you can do things without thinking if the result might be bad or good. You just did that to explore new things. Which means a confident person is a risk-taker. Someone who is brave enough to step out of their comfort zone and do things that is unfamiliar but great for experience.<br><br>While the word ‘Competent’ means you are capable of doing some things or having suitable skills. In order to be confident, we believe you must first be competent.
