I was born and raised in Jeju, a small but beautiful island. I went to a public and international schools in the island. I attended both public and international schools there, so freshman move-in day at Barnard was my first time in new york city!

My mom's little book cafe in Jeju

My mom owns a book cafe in Jeju. It is my favorite place in my neighborhood, and I spend a lot of time there reading or helping her out. I’ve learned to make coffee and different kinds of beverages, like matcha and smoothies!
