For this digital exhibit, you will explore with me the thousands of individuals in the United States alone who struggle to get quality healthcare largely due to their ethnicity and the history that comes with it. Although the topic seems far different from my initial research, one thing to note is the issues that come with the rural United States are far too large to be adequately conveyed in 5 simple pictures. So instead, I felt it was best we should zoom in, and narrow on one specific topic, and that is the access and quality to Native American medical care.

Now before we begin, I want to transport you back to 11th grade. Sitting in my AP Lang class, watching a video on Native American healthcare, I was able to learn so much yet so little about the topic through the documentary. And I think ever since then, I have always been curious about the subject. I wanted to continue this research to satiate the ongoing questions that remained in my mind, even years later.
