Mother who is never give up in everything is hero in my life. When she was born, she do not have father. She live with grandmother in Mahasarakham. As she was young, she have to woke up in the morning for give a feast of her cow. When she was adult, she met my father. Then both of them agreed to stay together until I was born. My mom has only one child. She takes care of me the best. They do everything for the money, and they want to create a warm family. For all of reason, I do not give up with everything, and I want to be the fighter because my mother is inspiration.

         It is not difficult to make perfect body if you follow these steps. First, start running, jogging, or swimming on a regular basis. Do 30 minutes of cardio at least 3-5 times a week. Second, try to do different exercises, and commit to the one you enjoy the most because not everybody loves to run all the time. Third, write down what you eat in each day, and eat lean proteins such as chicken, fish, egg white, or tofu. You could drink a lot of water as much as possible. Most importantly, you do not give up, and keep your purpose that you think at the first. Then you will not be disappointed with all of method that you do.

Second, apply foundation on your face, and set the powder lightly. Then, write your eye browns by using a color like the color of your hair, and highlight at the end to darker than the front of your eyebrows. Next, use eye color pallet for each look that you want such as using pink for sexy look or brown for a natural look. After that, use the brush for contour your cheekbone, and brush your cheek by using the color that you want to be. And then, paint your lip by using the lipstick for finishing look. Finally, make up can change your appearance not only outside but also inside.
