Daily journal mental health

I always talk to myself to make sure that I am OK cause some days are better than others, but I always keep pushing. Write down how I am feeling because I feel misunderstood sometimes there is no one understand my feelings like I understand my feelings. but I brush it off and listen to music. This music makes me feel better. R&B music puts me in the motivation mindset, and it helps me control my feelings and understand my feelings. better. I have to motivate myself to keep going no matter what. In one of the articles I chose for my resources it says it they have a podcast when they talk about mental health they have people call in and tell them how they feeling or what they’re going through at the end of the day, a better words, encouragement to always keep going no matter what. It’s connected to my fact based because I use a a political cartoon, for example, how the lady asked the young lady at the desk how she was feeling, but she just had a lot going on through her head and she just needed somebody to talk to at the end of the day. always check on people and be there for them.

Personal note

The article states the young adult adults these days they look for different outlets for the news instead of traditional outlets. They cover new coverage in social media post any chance to focus on more negative dramatic news. Also said the news focus on more dramatic news then a mental health it gets uncut. To say is more depressed people on social media.

Informative Essay about mental health

What I learn about mental health always check on your loved ones. You never know when nobody going through. I always have conversation to see where their mind at or to see how they are feeling today. and the news should talk more about mental health instead of promoting negative news every day there is a lot of kids in the generation that go through depression, and they do not talk to nobody about it. it is not easy, and generation nowadays cause social media play a big part when it comes to mental health. is everything being broadcast on the news and everything everybody got their own opinion. And one thing I also learned that is four types of mental health. I only knew of depression and bipolar. And then when I am watching the news, there is a lot of people that go through a mental health, and they be hurting other people or hurting their self and most folks do not check on the people they love wants to see are they okay to have conversations with them. I think they should do a mental health group for everybody that is going through something, or they just need a shoulder to cry on and someone to listen. It could be a support group just for them. Also going to therapy and talk about your problems or what you are going through when it comes to mental health that should be more normalized going to see a therapist.

Persuasive essay

Mental health takes a hotel or anybody that is going through a lot. I know it is different stages of mental health. Always make sure your loved ones are there for you no matter what you are going through. Get better habits going on workout eat better so you can beat it. It always had an uncomfortable conversation to see where the mind is at. To see what caused you to be in a mental health state is it because you were going through lot when you were a child are you being hurt a lot as an adult and you do not know how to face it going forward in life. and mental health should be study more often because if they go through something, they can get a psychological test to see how mental today is. what they went through as a child growing up why you think like that why you do certain things or certain way or don’t nobody care about your feelings or you just going through a lot you just don’t have nobody to talk to.
