We like the "thought for the day", shloka, jam, news and dialogue writing, specifically.  Sanskrit has not been ubiquitous for academic or social purpose and we are fortunate to have a very involved teacher who can rekindle an interest in this great language. If Germans and other western nations are into Sanskrit, so should we be!
