Even with international developments, numerous children continue to suffer from the inability to read and write, which limits their capabilities and impacts the social and economic development in the future. In my opinion, the steps the United Nations are planning to take could be approached in a more constructive manner and more goals could be attained. The steps I would suggest include mobile and remote teaching facilities for the areas without the necessary infrastructure. Also, increasing the funds allocated towards employing teachers, supporting them, and training them effectively. Moreover, establishing communal learning centers, promoting programs that raise literacy levels, teaching children education principles from an early age, and forming alliances with various NGOs and local governing bodies to create tailored, holistic, and enduring solutions. Through the initiatives led by the United Nations, I believe child illiteracy and the fourth goal on the list of sustainable developments, quality education, can be achieved. I would like to bring your attention to an important issue. It's about the little children who, even though they are at the appropriate age to go to school and learn how to read and write, are unfortunately still illiterate because of many factors.

The situation is getting worse due to the lack of awareness about the importance of school. Also, going to school, especially for people and children in rural areas, is not that easy! Schools are rare and too far from their homes, and the danger of getting kidnapped or having their belongings stolen on the way to school is very high. That makes parents take the decision to keep their children near them, in front of their eyes, instead of letting them go to school.

I want to point out that those children are not getting their basic human right, which is education, and they don’t get the chance to improve their situation and have a proper life. Also, it prevents them from breaking the cycle of poverty.

That's why we must not ignore the consequences of these issues, because if nothing is done, the situation may continue to deteriorate.

Your support in this matter would mean a lot and could change their whole lives and make them better. So I kindly urge you to take action by building schools near the villages or supporting transportation to make it less expensive, allowing children the ability to go to school. I also think a possible solution could be road baptism.
