         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my personal skills portfolio i have given the definition of mental wealth, carried out a personal skills audit which states the different personal, academical and professional skills i have and where i use them. I was able to create a SWOT analysis which shows i am aware of my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Using SMART objectives i was able to create a Personal development plan which i set short and long term goals and how i plan to achieve them. By analysing all my skills i have found that the areas i need developing and improving on is; Time management, numeracy skills, and research skills.</div>]]></description>
