She is showing how some people are wrong on how they think about the people. This shows there is someone who actually cares and wants to help out as much as possible even if they get hate for it and also doesn't get paid for doing it. I think Olga impacted many lives that she was help heal and making them better. I think she was like an angel to them. I think she was added to the story because Nazario wanted to show the other part of someone else's view.
