Students will be screened individually using a Google Form and based on their responses, the counselor will choose participants and place them on a roster. Teachers will then be informed of which students in their classes will be participating in small group counseling.

This will help start each session on a positive note and allow group members to learn about a little bit about each other at the start of each session, further developing their relationships with each other.

For establishing limits on confidentiality, the counselor will thoroughly explain limitations in the first session. Students can create a poster together with the main points of limitations to serve as a reminder throughout the sessions.
