Kenneth Pugh has facilitated impressive growth worldwide and involved key stakeholders in successful change management. Ken Pugh began his industry career at Merck & Co., Inc. in 1990, advancing rapidly through sales & marketing in its Human Health Division. He moved to Kantar Health, where he helped achieve a 20 percent increase in revenue and kept more than 90 percent of the company’s best performers as the organization went through significant change and integration. His track record earned him prominence at Janssen Biotech (formerly known as Centocor), a leading provider of cancer treatments and medications for immune deficiencies. Mr. Pugh took on ever-larger responsibilities, from research and development and medical distribution to coordinating the work of 25 corporate vice presidents and directors. Ken Pugh then brought his expertise to BTG, again filling an ascending variety of roles, including the vice presidency of commercial development and interventional oncology for the Americas.
