Most fashion designers hold an art and design bachelor's degree. During a fashion design program, students study fabrics, fashion theory, and color theory. They also learn how to create styles using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Fashion design courses use project-based assignments to help students strengthen their skills and build their portfolios. Fashion design degree programs incorporate coursework in fashion merchandising, business, and marketing. Designers draw on these skills to launch a line, evaluate customer demand for styles, and earn a profit. At the conclusion of a fashion design program, seniors may design a line for a school fashion show. However, a degree alone does not guarantee success. Fashion designers also need a strong portfolio, work experience, and a professional network to break into the fashion industry.

Fashion careers require a variety of skills. Designers draw on their creativity and artistic sensibilities to create designs. The career demands strong communication skills, an ability to collaborate, and a detail-oriented outlook. Hard skills like the ability to use design software, clothing construction training, and deep knowledge of textiles and color also help designers. To become a successful fashion designer, You have to improve your skill such as computer skills, time management skills,  decision–making skills,… Take every opportunity to improve your skills and gain experience.

Fashion designers may work in a variety of settings, either as independent practitioners, or they may work for large commercial retail companies, or as costume designers in the entertainment industry. Personal characteristics should include an eye for detail, a great deal of creativity, and an ability to get along well with a variety of personality types. Fashion design can also be a highly competitive industry, so confidence and a go-getter attitude are vital to success.

Firstly, artificial light is brighter than natural light. it may cause fatigue to workers’ eyesight. I suggest that the factory should make use of both natural light and artificial light for better eyesight of the workers and save energy also.

Secondly, about personal working space. The worker is arranged in the sewing lines vertically or horizontally. In my opinion, we should provide footest under each table to the worker sit all day. but the best way is to change the adjustable chair for each worker.

Thirdly, I see that the worker will time-consuming to find a trash bin. You should provide each sewing machine and work table with a litter bag to contain thread trimming and another table.

Finally, about the machine. I see that all machine is not clean and they may be quickly broken. Consideration should be given to ensure machines are not operating slowly because of wear and tear.

Firstly, the actual sample does not have the white letters on a black label attached 1” below the collar stand.

Secondly, the spec sheet requires that the neck width from the highest point of the shoulder (HPS) to another HPS is 5 5/8” but in an actual sample it is 8”. Therefore, you should adjust again to take it in 2 2/3’’.  In the spec sheet, the pocket is on the left of the garment with 6’’depth and 4’’width instead of on the right.

Thirdly, the armhole straight as required in the spec sheet is 8 3/8’’ long but in the actual sample, the length is 8’’. It could be let out by 3/8''. In the spec sheet, the cuff opening is 4’’ instead of 6’’, so the cuff could be let the cuff opening of the sample in 2’’

Next, the waist in the spec sheet is 15 1/2'' but it's actually 24’’ as I have measured on the sample, you could fix it to take it in 8 1/2''.

Finally, the bottom opening in the spec sheet is 17'' but it actually measured 25”, it could be take in 8''.

I have given some comments on the prototype of the shirt and also some suggestions to revise it. I hope that you will soonly revise the sample and give us back on next day
