1. Something I enjoyed was during the brainstorming part where the table was filled with different ideas of different perspectives from my teammates. Seeing us work together in this brainstorming process was nice.

2. Something I found challenging was trying to come up with a genuine solution/idea that MEETS the requirement of our FDQ and main problem. The process was challenging, trying to combine what is already done with new elements that will make the solution one of its kind.

3. Something I learnt about my team is that we seem to be able to come up with ideas on the spot. Even when ideas get rejected, or the ideas has gaps to it, my teammates come in with a new idea or solution to any challenges we face. The team is quite resourceful.

1. Something I enjoyed is when doing discussion in class with my teammates as share ideas with each other and correct our mistakes on the spot. We also got bonded easily when is a f2f meetings.

2. Something I found challenging is when there's a virtual meeting we tend to have hiccups and also could not really get a solutions due to being at home.

3. Something I leant about my team is that we were able to do the assign work faster and also getting ideas better ideas on the spot. Maybe its due to having a f2f is way better than meeting virtually.

Such as the DQ about how to use the extra spaces in SG.

2. i found it challenging whereby i have been absent for 2 f2f classes due to not feeling well, and i feel bad for leaving my grpmates behind. but they were really supportive and helped out.

3. i learnt that i have really bad memory and often need reminders on the due datea (shout of to safiq for always reminding us thanks man )

1. Something I enjoyed during the brainstorming process is the way you can bounce off of everyone else's ideas to make a more solid and good solution.
2. Something I found challenging is finding a time where all of our schedules align to do the brainstorming and ideation process, as even during the f2f lesson we were not all there.
3. Something I learnt about the brainstorming process is that it is easier to think of ideas when you are in a team compared to thinking of ideas solo.

Something I enjoyed was having f2f lessons because I feel like my teammates and I can come up with ideas and solutions faster than having online lessons.

2. Something I found challenging was that I needed to find time to interview our stakeholders and our interviewees are mainly migrant workers so there are some language barriers.

3. Something I learnt about myself is that I'm too used to the online class and this makes me having difficulty sitting in class but I have overcome this problem after a week of f2f lessons.

1) I enjoyed the face-to-face discussion with my team members in developing our solutions/ideas. It was sort of a breathe of fresh air after the usual MS team meetings and group texts. The instant feedback and communication between the members were very beneficial for our dicussions.

2) Something that was challenging was ensuring that all the disciplines were involved in the ideation process. It was very difficult to ensure that each discipline has a substantial part to play in our idea. However, we were able to create an idea where everyone was able to contribute to based on their discipline.

3) One thing I learnt about the team is that it was very easy to discuss and communicate our ideas and feedbacks effectively. Any time when there was an opinion that needs to be shared, all the members were able to share them without any hesitation which I found out was good to ensure that every concern is addressed before proceeding to the next stage.

Something I
enjoyed is that i love the discussion with my group members even more when i see them face to face as we were able to express our emotions and feelings to one another. It felt like a real group discussion with ample work being done always.

2. Something I found
challenging is when we have to get people to do our surveys and interviews as there is not much options we can choose from as our target group is very specific and requires an expertise. Despite the challenge, my group and I make do with what we have and we manage to complete our tasks.

3. Something I learnt
about myself is that through this ProID module i am able to communicate with my groupmates when at first i thought i will have difficulties trying to get along. I found myself being a more calm individual and think more logically and ofcourse all thanks to - learning from the best team Fantastic4!

1. Something i enjoyed was effective communication with my team members. Thankful that we are able to have the chance to meet face to face as it is a fresher experience as compared to online lessons. Additionally, learning more about environmental concerns relating to our DQ is interesting and enjoyable as it gives me an insight and chance to apply what is happening in Singapore rather than just head knowledge.

2. Something i found challenging is including every discipline in our DQ ideation process. We are all in different schools and are taught different modules. So to apply what we have learnt so far to our brainstorming process is challenging but fun as we get to have many insights and perspectives.

3. Something i learnt about my team is that despite coming from different courses, we have all learnt to adapt and collaborate with one another. Instead of one discipline taking the lead, we prefer a collaborative team approach which really builds rapport and inclusiveness in the team.
