The chart above shows the acid level in a human being mouth when you eat fruit sugar, cane sugar or, honey and it also shows which acid level stays in danger level within a 40 minute period.

The chart displays increasing in acidity level for the fruit sugar then decreasing in the acidity level overtime. For the cane sugar we can see significant increasing in the acidity level and decreasing slowly over the period of time. We see the Honey has slightly increasing in the acidity level then we can see the acidity level returning to normal levels overtime time. 

The moment you eat fruit sugar, cane sugar or honey you will see increasing in the acidity level in the mouth and when hitting the 5 minute mark you will decreasing in the acidity levels. For the honey you will see that it’s decreasing much faster than the fruit sugar or cane sugar.

The chart also shows that the cane sugar has the highest acidity level which decreases the PH level by 3.5 and having more acid in the mouth than both of fruit sugar and honey over the period of 40 minutes.

In the graph, the three trend fells dramatically under danger level at the eaten moment until five more minutes, cane sugar have the lowest PH at 2 while honey have the highest PH at 4.8 and in the middle there is fruit sugar with a PH at 4. The cane sugar stay almost steady for 30 minutes to finally raise to 5.5 PH and that is the longest time recorded comparing to the others. Fruit sugar climbs slowly for 20 minutes until it reaches 5.5 PH and honey stay stable for only 5 minutes and then rises sharply to 5.5 PH. The three trends then keep increasing gently till they reach to the top at 7 PH. 

Honey is the safest type compared to others to eat.
