At the workshop, we did some kind of evaluation of our time management that we used to organize our daily life. this workshop make me realize that my time management skill is not good enough. I feel like I need to improve my time management in order to achieve better grades here in HAN. so at the workshop I tried to my own improved version. the second problem that I realized at the moment was I get bored so easily. therefore I think that I have to really careful on building my new time schedule so that it's not only a plan but I can make that happen. what I'll do on the coming period is to try my best to stick on the improved schedule that I've made and try to evaluate myself whether it's working according to my plan or not. i'll ask my roommate to control my time schedule too, so that even when I lave my plan behind, I can still get controlled by someone closest with me, which is my roommate. hence I can make a realization of my plan.

on that workshop, I realized that the main cause of my unsatisfying grade was lack of motivation. I procrastinated myself to often that sometimes I fall behind. honestly, until now I haven't found a big motivation for my study. on this summer break i'll to find my motivation and use it for the upcoming period.

In my highschool, the exams were mainly open questions. the thing that I loved the most from the grading system is what they value the most is that how you understand how the things works. even though you made some mistakes on the calculation, but you use the right way, you still got some points out of it. there's something that makes my high school quiet different from another highschool in Indonesia. in my high school, we value honesty the most. that's why even when we got a bad mark, we still "proud of it" because it's the result of your very own self. and we use these bad marks as motivation to improved ourselves. normally, it would take a week to grade the exams. and we have to chance to resit per exam. right after we got the grade, we can review your answer and debate the teacher's correction as long as you got a strong reason. i believe that the best way to prepare a written exam is to completely understand the concept. to understand the concept is way more effective than just memorize everything. so that I've always use the concept and improve it with my ideas. honestly, I never feels nervous or anxious about the exam. I tries to always face it cold-headed. i would love to try the revising by ear. my sister once tried it that she record her voice reading her summary and anytime she got a free time she just play the record. i think it's a nice way to learn. i think the most useful tips from my classmates is repetition. with repetition, the information stay longer on your head and makes you understand the concept better.
