         <description><![CDATA[<div>What observation I had was that the right to liberty was in both the French Declaration and the US declaration. One connection I made with a philosopher is number 16 related to Montesquieu because it was the separation of powers. One thing that jumped out to me was that a lot of the constitution had to do with punishments. </div>]]></description>
