1) I learned so much about the people on this team - core stories, strengths, peculiarities, values. I feel so much closer with everyone after just three days together.

2) I have some new ways to think about my micro-learning after viewing others

3) I'm am proud of how this team showed up for each other, was invested in the summit and it's outcomes, how we demonstrated shared ownership and shared leadership

My biggest takeaway from the offsite is that I need to focus more on my big rock projects. I get too caught up in the weeds of KNET, responding to requests...essentially firefighting issues all day. I need to create better mechanisms of time management and take back control of my priorities.

I will implement the DND button on chime and close my email box when working on big rock projects

Next time I will halve the agenda to ensure we have enough time to focus on the 2-3 most important goals (MIGs) of the summit

Biggest Takeaway - How many strengths we each have, how unique they are, where there is overlap and opportunity for collaboration across capabilities.
One thing I will implement into my daily work is creating more standardization around our SIM process for future customers and our team so we can easily measure our progress and hold ourselves accountable.

I'm not sure I can answer one thing I learned but my biggest focus (an perhaps concern) is to ensure we execute on our Crystal Balls on the roadmap and remove roadblocks as needed

1)Our Road Map and being aware of the full scope of our capabilities as a team. Also How the team sees me, we see each other.

2) Grouping of key resources and addresses in Chrome, some organizational skills from the team and how we can collaborate with each other moving forward (locally, Virtually and Internationally

3) Maybe having the whole week to be able to cover more subjects and rabbit hole catching.

Reflection after each day would be nice, or some kind of wrap up and action items so we can track what are the next steps for each day instead of all at the end. Also lets go somewhere warm in the winter :)

One thing i will implement in my daily work is to make myself available for teamwork more often and at a time that can suit with the whole team. This week was all about team work and we should find a way to continue it despite of the distance
