Things such as traveling by air, consuming fuel for cars and factories, production and disposal of plastics.  In my opinion, this could be a great source of revenue to fund social protection especially that climate change affect farmers the most who are usually not covered by the typical or traditional  contributory scheme.
Infrastructure and construction is another sectors that wealthy people highly investing in without many social responsibility consequences.
