Looking at my teacher's toolkit and seeing the structure of it made things so much easier for me as a future educator. This tool kit allows me to break each strategy down and to use each one properly. It will enhance my teaching techniques, and it will allow myself to become a better teacher. Making sure my students know that I am here for them and making sure that they are feeling safe in their classroom. I will use this toolkit to keep organization in my classroom, and it will allow me as a future educator to support each student individually that needs that support. This toolkit can serve in many different ways for the school, locally: it can provide lesson plans, different teaching strategies, and tools that can be easily accessible for colleagues. It can also help teachers to enhance their teaching skills. This toolkit can also be used to mentor new teachers to collaborate on learning development. Globally this toolkit can allow educators to connect on social media groups, and some webinars. It can also allow teachers to share and co-build projects with other teachers from different countries giving a world wide perspective in your classroom. Participating in world wide educational initiatives, teachers can use this to engage in global programs. By giving teachers adaptable resources and digital tools, a well-rounded teacher toolkit can make both local and globally teamwork the ultimate collaboration
