<br>Ketogenic diet is a balance diet that anyone can do, but it’s more for the people who is more on the plus size. The keto diet tells us about how many carbs, and calories that you need to watch out for in an average meal. It also helps out by telling us about all the food to avoid like, sugary foods, grain or starches, beans or legumes, root vegetable, alcohol, and even some fruits. This shows all the things people on the ketogenic diet should watch out for. On the bright side there is a lot of health issues that from being on this diet it prevent a lot of. Like Alzheimer’s, Epilepsy, Parkinson disease, polycystic ovary syndrome, brain injuries and even improve the risks of getting acne.
